Our “Luxury Bloom Bar” is the perfect addition to bridal showers, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds. This floral experience allows guests to create their own beautiful mini bouquets while adding a fun and interactive element to your event. This package is meant for those that want to elevate their bloom bar experience to create that “Pinterest looking” vibe. 

This package covers everything you to need to create a luxury bloom bar - from supplying your event with flowers with labeled buckets for guests, providing you with stationary supplies to wrap your bouquet, along with a few extra decor pieces - 6ft tall mirror rental, Boho neutral umbrella, and a Boho Rug for photo esthetics. 

There are additional add on packages to customize your event just the way you want and need.

Package Includes:

• “Bloom Bar” Stand Rental
• White Flower buckets with labels for flowers 
• Additional metal galvanized pails if needed
• Custom Flower Recipe for guests to follow
• Trash cans
• 6ft Folding Table
• White tablecloth with 6ft faux eucalyptus garland
• Your choice of coloured cheese cloth for 6ft table
• Rental of 6ft mirror with customized writing (example: Welcome to Amanda’s Baby Shower)
• Rental of boho neutral coloured rug
• Rental of boho umbrella
• Stationary supplies with premium bouquet paper for wrapping bouquets, with trays, bins. Etc. 
• Customized ribbon for bouquets 
• Customized labels for bouquets for up to 10 guests. (An additional cost of $1/label after 10 guests will be charged.)
• Premium flowers for up to 10 guests. ($45/ bouquet for additional guest)
• 6-8 flower stems per bouquet

Guests can browse the bloom bar and hand-select their favourite blooms to create a custom bouquet to take home, or we can come up with a flower recipe for your guests to make it easier. You can also hire me for the day to help design your guests bouquets. 

Package Pricing

• $45 per guest/bouquet after 10 guests.
• $850 minimum package (includes flowers and rentals for up to 10 guests)

A minimum of 10 guests is required for this package.

To place an order for 10 or more guests (bouquets), please follow these steps:

1. Select the $850 Deluxe Bloom Bar Package and add it to your cart.
2. Select the $45 Per Guest/Bouquet option and add the number of additional guests to your cart.

Example: If you need bouquets for 15 guests, add:

• 1 × $850 Bloom Bar Package
• 5 × $45 Per Guest/Bouquet (for the 5 guests over the initial package)

At checkout, you should have two items in your cart:

• The $850 Bloom Bar Package
• The $45 Per Guest/Bouquet option with the appropriate quantity for your additional guests

This ensures your order is correctly calculated for events with more than 10 guests.
