Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped or been delivered. If selected and paid for, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.

Damages

The Wild North Shack is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please include photos if possible. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery estimates and rates are based off of Canada Post prices and delivery estimates. 

Shipping is available in Canada only at this time. 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.
