Package #1 - “Deluxe Bloom Bar”

Create an elegant vibe for your next event with our “Bloom Bar” deluxe package. The Bloom Bar will be stocked with 8 buckets of fresh flowers of your choosing from my provided list. Perfect for smaller events - bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, store events and openings, corporate team building, and so much more. 

This package is for approx 10-20 people depending on size of arrangements.

• 4 Flower varieties, 2 fillers, 2 greenery. (8 buckets of flowers)

Package Includes:

• 1 - White Metal Flower Stand Rental 
• 8 - White Plastic Flower Buckets Rental
• 1 - Display Sign with Instructions + Easel,
• 1 - 6ft folding table with white spandex cloth + your choice of coloured cloth
• 8 - Flower Labels For Buckets
• 2 - Trash Cans
• Kraft bouquet paper, Ribbon, Scissors, Stapler, Elastics, Flower Food and care instructions.
• Flowers - 4 Focal Flowers, 2 Fillers, 2 Greenery (additional flowers or specialty flowers can be ordered for an additional cost)

Extra Add-ons For An Additional Cost:

• Delivery + Set up + Take down
• Floral Designer For The Day - You’ll have me for an entire event helping you build bouquets and wrapping them for your guests. **You do NOT need to purchase the "Add-On: Delivery + Set Up + Take Down" option when you purchase this add-on. 
• Additional Flowers can be purchased for an additional cost.
  - Prices will vary depending on the flowers requested.
• Bud Vases: cost varies on the numbers of vases, type, size, etc. ($5+)
• Custom coloured or textured ribbon 
• Backdrop: Metal Arch + white spandex cloth + 6ft faux eucalyptus garland
• Additional 6ft Folding Table: white spandex cloth table cover + your choice of coloured cloth

Please NOTE:

You will be required to fill out a rental agreement form and an agreement form confirming your flowers, colours, etc.  

Security Deposits

An additional cost of a security deposit of $200 is required to secure your date and for rentals. Security Deposits will be returned within 48 hours of rental. 
This will be included in your invoice.

I will send out an email with the rental agreement form. Security Deposits will be accepted once the date is confirmed, and with the completion of a signed rent agreement on your behalf.
