This is our “Top-of-the-line” package, which includes absolutely everything you need to create a beautiful and memorable set up for your next event. Perfect for large events - bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, store events and openings, corporate team building, and so much more.

This package is designed to make your life simple and stress free. You won’t have to do a thing other than pick out your preferred colours and flowers, make a payment, sign a rental agreement, and tell me where to set everything up for you on the day of your event. It’s that easy. You will also have the option to hire me for the day to help your guests create & wrap their own bouquets. 

How it works

Let me know the colours, varieties, style, or theme you are going for. I will do my best to provide you with a list of flowers, greenery, and fillers to select & choose from to create your own customized “bloom bar” to suit your event.

  • You will have the option to pick up the flowers and all rental items. You will be required to sign a rental agreement form. 
  • You will be able to hire me for the day to help build your guests bouquets and wrap bouquets for an additional fee - please also add to your cart Add-on: “Floral Designer For The Day”.
  • A additional fee for a security deposit must be paid in order to secure your desired date as well. This will be included in your invoice. 

This package is for approx 20 - 40 people depending on size of bouquets made.

Additional Flowers can be purchased for an additional cost. 

  • 6 Flower varieties, 3 fillers, 3 greenery. (12 buckets of flowers)

  • 1 - White Metal Flower Stand Rental
  • 12 - White Plastic Flower Buckets
  • 12 - Labels For Buckets to identify varieties of flowers
  • 1 - Bloom Bar Display Sign with Instructions + Easels
  • 1 - 6ft folding table with a white spandex tablecloth + your choice of coloured decorative cloth
  • 1 - Backdrop: 7ft Arch with white spandex cloth + 6ft eucalyptus garland + Clips to attach 
  • 1 - Boho Decorative Carpet
  • 1 - Boho Decorative Umbrella 
  • 2 - Mini Trash Cans
  • Stationary Items: Premium Florist Bouquet Paper, Ribbon, Scissors, Stapler, Elastics, Flower Food and Care Instructions.
  • Flowers - 6 Focal Flowers, 3 Fillers, 3 Greenery (additional flowers can be ordered for an additional cost)
  • Delivery, Setup and Take down if needed. You have the option to pick up as well. 

Extra Add-ons For An Additional Cost:

  • Floral Designer For The Day - You’ll have me for an entire event helping you build bouquets and wrapping them for your guests.  **You DO NOT need to purchase the Add-on: Delivery + Set-up + Take Down when you purchase this option.*** 
  • Additional Flowers can be purchased for an additional cost.
    - Prices will vary depending on the flowers requested. 
  • Custom coloured or textured ribbon 
  • Bud Vases + Stand Rental 
  • Additional 6ft Table + White Spandex Cloth with your choice of coloured decorative cloth 

Please NOTE:

You will be required to fill out a rental agreement form confirming your rentals, add-on items, flowers, colours, etc. A security deposit will be also be required to secure your date and rental.

Security Deposits

  • An additional cost for a security deposit of $200 is required to secure your date and for rentals. 
  • Security Deposits will be returned within 48 hours of rental. 

I will send out an email with the rental agreement form.
Security Deposits will be accepted once the date is confirmed, and with the completion of a signed rent agreement on your behalf.
