• Shipping is done with Canada Post

• Flat Rate Shipping in Canada with Tracking

• Due to strict export regulations, we currently only ship within Canada.

• Once an order has been placed, we cannot add or subtract any items. If you wish to add an item, please place a separate order. Please note we are no longer able to combine separate orders. All orders ship via Canada Post. 

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our shop, most items are perishable goods (plants, flowers, seeds, tubers etc.) and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

In the event your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out and we will determine if you are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
