Sunshine Winter Squash

Sunshine squash is a hybrid kabocha squash variety with bright orange skin and flesh. It's sweet, nutty, and creamy, and can be baked, mashed, or eaten raw.

Light needs: Full sun

Soil: Rich, loamy soil with a pH of 5.5–6.5

Planting

Plant seeds after the last frost or when the soil temperature is 21–27°C 

Can be started indoors and transplanted to the garden, or sown directly in the garden
